Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Recommend suitable Apple products based on customers needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assist in upselling accessories and services.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock levels.
• Handle basic after-sales enquiries and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Interested in Apple products and technology.
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Sales-driven and responsible.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Punctual, reliable, and has good discipline.
• Retail/sales experience is an added advantage.
