Position Title: Sales Coordinator (Marine Industry)
Working Location: Tuas West
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (One Sat per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM))
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, process orders, and arrange shipments
Coordinate with customers and GB/DSS on cargo, parts, and schedules
Issue invoices, monitor payments, and handle customer queries or complaints
Provide after-sales support and prepare reports
Perform other assigned duties

At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned
Team player with strong dedication to work
