Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Experience in F&B service, restaurant, café, or hospitality industry preferred
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

• 6-day work week
• Rotating shifts
