Role Overview

As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will develop custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems and applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to improve software architecture and ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
• Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyse complex challenges and propose innovative approaches to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and quality standards.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Custom Application Development is required. Advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions and Software Engineering is suggested.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

1. Java Back End – strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Java-based back-end services and applications.

2. React / Front End – experience developing modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.

3. Techno-Functional, Designing & Solutioning – ability to bridge business and technical needs, translate requirements into solution designs, and guide implementation.

Top 2 Good-to-Have Skills

4. WebLogic experience – familiarity with deploying and supporting applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.

5. Singapore Public Sector experience – prior exposure to government agencies, projects, or related standards and processes.
