ST Engineering Hiring! Full Time Systems Engineer (LS-JT) in Southwest (Singapore) - Ricebowl

As a Systems Engineer, you will take a pivotal role in designing, developing, and validating complex land system platforms, ensuring they meet stringent performance, safety, and reliability standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance, you will spearhead engineering initiatives that drive product innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicular design and development, encompassing design, documentation, review, prototyping, test, troubleshooting and verification
• Engage internal and external customers to generate concepts and solutions to improve and expand the Tracked Platform Business product line
• Conduct driving and demonstrations to provide good product showcase to project good quality in the design and operation of our products
• Manage internal teams, comprising engineering and cross functional departments to design and develop vehicular systems and applications
• Lead product training sessions to empower partners and customers with the knowledge to proficiently operate and extract the full potential and performance of our products

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering principles.
• Experience in defence, automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle electronics, and related applications.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX or equivalent).
• Experience in systems integration and multidisciplinary engineering projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions.
• Effective presentation and storytelling skills to communicate technical concepts and project outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
