At UR Klinik, we've spent 12 years doing one thing exceptionally well: doctor-led pigmentation treatment. With 9 clinics across Penang, KL and JB, and a new KL outlet on the way, we're looking for a leader to take our KL team to the next level.

Introducing: Sales Area Manager, Kuala Lumpur

You'll know this role is for you if:

You get a buzz when your team hits target, and an even bigger one when they smash it

You'd rather coach a consultant to her first RM10K month than close it yourself

You've spent 2+ years in beauty or aesthetics and understand what clients really want

You're comfortable on the move across our KL outlets, not stuck behind a desk

You can lead a room in Mandarin

What you'll actually do:

Lead our KL branch managers and consultants to hit (and beat) monthly targets

Run weekly reviews, spot gaps early, and turn data into action

Help launch and grow our next KL outlet from day one

Develop people. Our best leaders grew from within, and you'll help create the next ones
