Looking to move beyond routine accounting? Join our finance team to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, management reporting, AI-powered tools and business decision-making.

Working closely with our Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills, take on greater responsibilities and progress towards future finance leadership roles.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts,financial reportsand performance summaries.

• Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow and budget variances.

• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunitiesforcost optimisation.

• Use AI tools, Excel and automation to improve reporting efficiency and generate actionable insights.

• Support month-end closing, financial controls and reporting across business entities.

• Collaborate with other departments and gradually take ownership of reporting functions.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience preferred.

• Strong accounting fundamentals, analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

• Experience with AutoCount or other accounting software is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Query or Power BI is a plus.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Interested in developing leadership skills and progressing into finance management.
