Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily facilities maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety talks and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Supervise contractors to ensure maintenance and repair works are carried out safely.
• Support facilities projects, site inspections, testing and commissioning, defect checks and handover of building systems.
• Coordinate site access for contractors and project teams.
• Monitor facilities maintenance works and provide daily site updates.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection checklists and project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management or M&E maintenance, with HVAC experience preferred.
• Experience in contractor coordination and building maintenance is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
