Solution Architect

Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM8,000 – RM12,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing scalable, secure and efficient system architectures that support business objectives and product direction. This role translates business requirements into practical technical solutions and works closely with stakeholders, development teams and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet scalability, security, performance and reliability requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development and infrastructure teams.
• Review existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance, maintainability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and solution blueprints.
• Evaluate relevant technologies and industry developments to identify potential improvements.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, system architecture or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of system design, application integration and cloud platforms.
• Experience in IT infrastructure planning, capacity sizing and security considerations.
• Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or TOGAF are an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
