JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To set up and arrange tables and buffet counters accordingly to Captains instructions.

2. To take orders for beverages and make suggestions when guests’ shows need for assistance or cannot make up his/her mind.

3. Maintain high standard of grooming and self-hygiene standard.

4. To actively promote our inhouse promotions.

5. To have a thorough understanding of all Food & Beverage menu items so as to offer a knowledgeable and professional response to any guests’ inquiries.

6. To refer guest comments or complaints to the Captain or Supervisor.

7. To garnish all beverage as per standards 100% of the time.

8. To ensure strict compliance to policies.

9. To respond immediately to any guest request and take the necessary action to fulfill the expectations of the guest.

10. To prepare mis-en-place prior to service period.

10.To perform other duties as may be assigned.

11. Reports all equipment failures as soon as possible so that proper corrections can be made.

12. To complete weekly cleaning roaster approved by the leaders.

13.To maintain excellent guest relations.

14.To ensure total guest satisfaction.

15. To ensure proper greetings and verbiages are used as and when necessary.

16. During buffet service, empty plates and cups should be cleared immediately.

17. Buffet line and carpet should maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout outlet operations.

18. To be a good team player and maintain good relationship among all team members and employees of the organization.

19. To ensure there are no discrepancies in billing method in the POS System.

20. To fire orders to kitchen accurately with minimal to zero error.

21. To prepare beverages with the proper method, recipe and garnishes.

22. To perform any task or duty that is being assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
