Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hair salon.
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage customer appointments, walk-in customers, and service bookings.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, daily transactions, and salon expenses.
Manage inventory, hair products, and salon supplies.
Develop promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
Train, motivate, and guide staff to maintain service quality and productivity.
Ensure the salon maintains proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
Requirements
Relevant experience in hair salon management or the hairdressing industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Good organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hair salon services, products, and daily operations.
Ability to manage staff, handle customer concerns, and monitor sales performance.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, where required.
