Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of architectural and site experience.

Experience in major renovation and bungalow projects is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and construction methods.

Good site coordination and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills with clients, consultants and contractors.

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit / SketchUp is an advantage.

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Must be hands-on and comfortable working on site.

Manage major renovation and bungalow projects.

Develop architectural designs, construction drawings, details and technical documents.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate architectural works with site conditions.

Monitor construction progress, workmanship and compliance with drawings.

Resolve technical issues and site discrepancies.

Coordinate with structural, M&E, interior design teams and subcontractors.

Follow up on submissions, approvals, documentation and project handover.
