• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• Additional certification in logistics, warehouse management, or fleet management is an added advantage.

• 2-3 years of practical experience in logistics, or operations.

• Experience in F&B, central kitchen, FMCG, or retail distribution environment is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable managing drivers, contractors, and warehouse personnel.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), digital tools and automation solutions is an advantage. 

Transport & Fleet Coordination

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and routes.

• Liaise with in-house drivers and external transporters to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, insurance renewals, and PUSPAKOM inspections.

• Track fuel consumption, breakdowns, and repair history.

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

• Oversee receiving, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinate stock replenishment and optimize warehouse space utilization.

• Perform cycle counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.

• Ensure proper documentation, stock accuracy, and traceability.

Reporting & Cost Control

• Prepare monthly logistics and transport performance reports.

• Verify Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and trip documentation.

• Monitor transport, maintenance, and warehouse-related costs.

• Highlight operational risks or cost variances to management promptly.

Internal Coordination & Compliance

• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Finance teams to support operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.

• Implement process improvements as directed by management.
