Education: Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent (preferably in Mechanical, Material, Manufacturing, or Foundry Engineering).

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of die casting parameters, die setup procedures, changeovers, and machine performance monitoring.

• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for casting defects, equipment issues, and scrap reduction.

• Familiarity with die/tooling maintenance schedules in collaboration with maintenance teams.

• Ability to analyze process data to improve cycle time, productivity, and overall quality.

Supervisory & Operational Capabilities:

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift rotational schedule and oversee multi-shift operations.

• Strong leadership skills to schedule manpower, conduct shift handovers, lead team meetings, and train operators/technicians on best practices.

• Strict adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and daily production reporting.

Supervise and coordinate all die casting operations across multiple shifts.

Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Monitor machine performance and casting parameters to ensure product consistency and reduce defects.

Review and analyze process data to improve cycle time, productivity, and quality.

Conduct shift handovers and daily production meetings with team leaders.

Schedule and deploy manpower efficiently based on production needs.

Ensure timely changeovers of dies and maintain proper setup procedures.

Provide training and development to operators and technicians on die casting best practices.

Ensure die maintenance schedules are followed in collaboration with tooling and maintenance teams.

Maintain accurate production records and generate daily shift reports.
