Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure they meet specified quality standards and engineering drawings.

Utilize various measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs to verify product dimensions and tolerances.

Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in quality control logs, databases, or other designated systems.

Identify and report non-conforming products or materials to the Quality Manager and relevant production teams, initiating the non-conformance reporting process.

Participate in root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and contribute to the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Review and understand product specifications, blueprints, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent and accurate inspections.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on product quality trends and potential areas for process enhancement.
