Requirements
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Awagyu Sdn. Bhd.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law and labor regulations, providing guidance and support to management on HR-related legal matters.
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and manage HR information systems (HRIS) for efficient data management.
Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement through effective communication and HR programs.
Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide HR solutions.
Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and enforcement.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment law and labor regulations, providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all statutory requirements, leveraging HR information technology systems for efficiency.
Administer and enhance HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and generate insightful HR reports for strategic decision-making.
Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Manage the volunteer program, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for volunteers at the onsite location in Tebrau, Johor.
