Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of full-set accounting, including AP and AR.
- Must have knowledge and experience in e-Invoice processing.
- Exposure to shipment, logistics, or supplier coordination is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good accounting knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with China-based suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Handle a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure company accounts are accurately reconciled.
- Process and manage e-Invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements.
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Prepare supplier payments and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Liaise with China-based suppliers regarding invoices, payments, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
