Job Requirements (JR)

Education

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, sales, or related roles.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.

• Experience in the automotive, dealership, retail, telecommunications, insurance, banking, or related industries is an advantage.

Technical & Sales Skills

• Good telephone communication and customer engagement skills.

• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer conversion.

Job Description (JD)

Position Overview

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and appointments through outbound calls, following up with potential customers, and supporting the Sales Team in achieving monthly vehicle sales targets. The role requires proactive customer engagement, effective communication, systematic follow-up, and accurate maintenance of customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Jetour vehicle models, promotions, campaigns, and sales offers.

• Follow up promptly with leads generated from digital marketing, walk-ins, roadshows, online enquiries, social media, and other sources.

• Qualify leads by identifying customers’ vehicle preferences, budget, financing needs, purchase timeline, and other requirements.

• Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for Sales Advisors.

• Follow up with customers after showroom visits, test drives, quotations, and sales consultations.

• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers until the lead is converted, lost, or closed.

• Provide customers with accurate and basic information regarding vehicle models, specifications, promotions, financing, and test-drive arrangements.

• Coordinate with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of qualified leads.

• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, lead status, appointment records, and follow-up activities in the CRM or company system.

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly call, lead generation, appointment, and sales support targets.

• Conduct customer follow-ups through telephone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or other approved communication channels.

• Remind customers of appointments, test drives, promotional events, and showroom activities.

• Reactivate old, inactive, or lost leads where appropriate.

• Gather customer feedback and identify customer concerns or objections.

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager or relevant department.

• Participate in roadshows, campaigns, launches, and other sales or marketing activities when required.

• Prepare daily and monthly telemarketing activity reports.

• Monitor lead conversion performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Follow company sales procedures, customer service standards, and telemarketing guidelines.

• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or management.
