WE'RE HIRING – RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

We are looking for energetic, friendly and sales-driven individuals to join our retail team!

Job Locations

• Pavilion Bukit Jalil – 1 vacancy

• LaLaport Bukit Bintang – 2 vacancies

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,800

• 5% Sales Commission

• 1 Rest Day per Week

• Attractive earning potential with commission

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, proactive and responsible

• Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Jewellery / accessories / retail experience is an added advantage

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service

• Introduce and recommend products to customers

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle sales transactions and customer enquiries

• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness

• Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations
