* Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

* Experience in steel structure is an advantage.

* Knowledge of tendering, cost estimation and contract administration.

* Familiar with progress claims, VO and final accounts.

* Good communication

* Able to work independently and in a team.

* Self-motivated and responsible.

* Malaysian citizen.

* Prepare tender documents, quantity measurement and cost estimation.

* Handle progress claims, Variation Orders (VO) and final accounts.

* Manage contract administration and contractual claims.

* Monitor project costs and cost control.

* Coordinate with Purchasing, subcontractors and project teams.

* Prepare quotations, cost comparisons and related reports.
