Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in communicating with students and parents.
- Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and CRM systems.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in education, beauty, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Promote the college's beauty courses, programs, and training packages.
- Generate new student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, events, and walk-ins.
- Respond to enquiries and provide clear information on course details, fees, duration, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
- Conduct campus visits and course consultations for prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly student enrolment and sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Assist students with registration, enrolment, payment arrangements, and required documentation.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet enrolled.
- Participate in education fairs, beauty events, open days, and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales and enrolment reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional courses or advanced beauty training to existing students.
