• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar.
• Basic understanding of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or similar.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages, technologies, and systems.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with internship or academic project experience in software development will have an added advantage.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Web Application Development.
• Knowledge of API / System Integration.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies.
• Basic understanding of Git / version control.
• Experience with database design or SQL.
• Interest in automation and digitalization will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, modify, and maintain software applications and internal systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable programming code.
• Assist in developing new applications and improving existing systems.
• Perform software testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Identify and resolve system or programming issues.
• Assist in database development, maintenance, and data management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and program specifications.
• Work with users to understand system requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support for applications and systems when required.
• Participate in system improvement and automation projects.
• Ensure developed applications meet company requirements and security standards.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
