Lead regional outlet operations for Morn Coo Coo 早安公雞. Drive sales, cost, service and people KPIs; oversee outlet leaders, staffing, training and succession; maintain food safety, quality and SOP standards; review P&L performance and corrective actions; support new outlet openings and operational improvement; and coordinate with management and Taiwan stakeholders.
