Requirements
Able to communicate in Mandarin for daily work purposes.
Basic Mandarin typing skills.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to complete simple tasks independently.
Experience in administration, customer service, or operations is an added advantage.
Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work full-time on-site at Kuala Lumpur TRX.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily office administrative tasks.
Organize, update, and maintain company documents, records, and information.
Respond to basic enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Follow up with customers and related matters.
Assist with simple social media and online tasks.
Support daily work arrangements and internal coordination.
Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
