Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in related discipline or Diploma with 3 years related working experience.

• AutoCad application knowledge will be an advantage.

Job Overview:

Responsible for equipment and process characterization and evaluation, process optimization, development, yield , quality and cost improvement and line support per KPI goal.

1. To perform routine product sustaining functions. F/A and to resolve any engineering issues.

2. To perform process engineering, process optimization, new material qualification, cost reduction, quality, yield and output improvement.

3. Provide engineering support in trouble-shooting line and product's related problem.

4. Maintain and update specifications to ensure compliance of operations.

5. Source, evaluate, characterize, procure and implement material changes for quality, yield and cost improvement.

6. Conduct engineering evaluation and characterization via usage of DOE/FMEA methods.

7. Spearhead and maintain SPC programs for area of responsibilities.

8. Conduct training and spec's review and support in customers' spec's review.

9. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
