Job Requirements: -

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English,Bahasa Malaysia andChinese

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.

• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Willing to be based at various locations within Klang Valley, Johor, or Penang.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate :-

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service

• Develop good product knowledge and communicate key features, benefits, and promotions

• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently

• Support daily sales activities and contribute towards store targets

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Replenish merchandise and maintain proper stock levels

• Assist with stock receiving, transfers, stock counts, and inventory management

• Support promotional activities, new launches, and seasonal campaigns

• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer experiences
