• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.

• Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Meta Business Suite is an added advantage.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).

• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.

Campaign Support & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and search engines.

• Support social media management including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Xiaohongshu.

• Help monitor campaign timelines and report basic performance results.

• Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.

Content Creation

• Assist in creating and updating content for website and social media platforms.

• Draft simple written content such as captions, short articles, and email messages.

• Ensure content follows company branding guidelines.

SEO & SEM Support

• Assist in basic keyword research and SEO tasks.

• Support paid advertising campaigns such as Google PPC.

• Monitor and compile simple reports on website traffic and campaign performance.

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish social media posts.

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages.

• Suggest creative ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.

Reporting & Analysis

• Help track marketing KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, and website traffic.

• Prepare basic reports for review by the marketing team.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams.

• Support coordination with external vendors when required.
