  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or another customer-facing role.

  • Enjoys talking to people and building genuine relationships with customers.

  • Passionate about helping others and creating a great customer experience.

  • Confident communicating in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to stay calm under pressure and solve problems with a positive attitude.

岗位职责

  • Chat with customers through calls, emails, and messages—and make every interaction a good one.

  • Build strong relationships with customers so they know they can count on you.

  • Help customers get started on Ricebowl and make sure they're getting the most out of our platform.

  • Work with teammates across different departments to solve problems and improve the customer experience.

  • Spot opportunities to help customers grow, and connect them with the Sales team when needed.

  • Every conversation is different. Every customer has a different story. That's what makes this job fun.
