Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to handle both accounting and general clinic duties.
  • No dental clinic experience is required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
  • Perform general administrative duties and filing.
  • Assist with reception duties when necessary, including attending to patients and managing appointments.
  • Provide simple chairside assistance to the dentist when required. Training will be provided.
  • Support the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
