Working Hours: 2 shifts (9.30am–6.30pm or 12.30pm–10pm)

• Welcome and approach customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Introduce and recommend Melange Korea skincare and beauty products based on customers’ needs.

• Explain product benefits, usage and promotions clearly.

• Demonstrate products and assist customers with product selection.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Follow up with customers regarding promotions, new products and offers.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the outlet is clean and organised.

• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and daily outlet operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
