* Atleast 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, content strategy, creative planning, or communications.

* Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and audience psychology.

* Good copywriting and creative thinking skills.

* Able to write in English and Chinese. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

* Familiar with social media, digital campaigns, KOL campaigns, and offline activations.

* Good communication skills and able to coordinate with creative and marketing teams.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and brand-sensitive.

* Able to work on-site in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of brand positioning, brand voice, campaign themes, and marketing messages.

* Ensure brand consistency across social media, website, ads, videos, offline materials, and partnership campaigns.

* Work with designers, content creators, video editors, and marketing teams to produce brand-aligned materials.

* Plan branding campaigns to increase awareness, trust, recall, and engagement.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring.

* Create campaign briefs, creative direction, slogans, taglines, and communication angles.

* Review marketing materials to ensure they match brand guidelines and business objectives.

* Support offline branding activities such as events, booths, sponsorships, activations, and promotional materials.

* Track branding performance through awareness metrics, engagement, sentiment, search interest, follower growth, and campaign feedback.

* Assist in building brand guidelines, presentation decks, media kits, and internal brand documents.
