• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certificate.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.

• Work Independently and self disciplined

• Familiar with trending social media platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED), Instagram, and TikTok will be a bonus.

• Represent the company to actively engage with beauty salons and key industry partners via cold-visiting, phone calls, online and referrals.

• Identify and establish Key Accounts for new beauticians and salons to drive market penetration.

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

• Establish strategic plans to continuously grow customer sales and maximize profitability.

• Build and maintain robust B2B partnerships to expand long-term business opportunities.

• Drive and support all corporate-led campaigns and activities.

• Educate and assist clients in mastering the online CE Nexus Ecosystem ordering workflow.

• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and improve conversion rates.

• Submit timely weekly reports covering new client visits, operational challenges, and required support.
