Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Presentable, friendly, polite, and well-organized.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage daily front desk operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Receive and organize incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Organize and maintain company documents and records.
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
