任职资格

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or Administration is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Presentable, friendly, polite, and well-organized.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.

岗位职责

  • Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage daily front desk operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
  • Receive and organize incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and records.
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
