Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Beautician or Facial Therapist is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant beauty certifications are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Friendly, patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry.
- Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends when required.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments, skincare procedures, and other beauty services.
- Consult with customers to understand their skin concerns and treatment needs.
- Recommend suitable beauty treatments, skincare products, and services.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate customer treatment records.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
