任职资格

  • Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Beautician or Facial Therapist is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant beauty certifications are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Friendly, patient, responsible, and customer-oriented.
  • Passionate about the beauty and skincare industry.
  • Willing to work on-site at TRX, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends when required.

岗位职责

  • Perform facial treatments, skincare procedures, and other beauty services.
  • Consult with customers to understand their skin concerns and treatment needs.
  • Recommend suitable beauty treatments, skincare products, and services.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate customer treatment records.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, products, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and service targets.
