Minimum SPM qualification and above.

1–2 years of relevant working experience in the service or technical field.

Own transport is compulsory.

Willing to travel and work on-site within assigned coverage areas.

Hardworking, independent, and responsible.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.

Travel to assigned customer sites for routine maintenance, product cleaning, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.

Perform on-site repairs, parts replacement and technical rectification.

Ensure all serviced units are in good working condition before handover.

Provide customers with professional technical advice and basic product guidance.

Follow company service standards, procedures and workflows for all field assignments.
