Job Description

Requirements

  • Relevant accounting qualification or working experience preferred

  • Experience with SQL Accounting Software is an advantage

  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) , GL & Cash Book Entry.

  • Prepare and maintain accounting records, reports, and reconciliations

  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments and Statements of Account (SOA)

  • Monitor daily cash flow, stock reconciliation, and E-Invoice management

  • Support daily finance operations and perform ad hoc accounting duties
