Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, brunch items, and other café food.
- Handle food preparation and mise en place.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Follow recipes, food safety guidelines, and kitchen SOPs.
- Manage ingredients properly and minimise food wastage.
- Work closely with the café and kitchen team.
