Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing environment

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage production processes to achieve efficiency

  • Ensure production targets, quality, and safety are achieved

  • Lead engineering staff and technicians in maintenance and repair

  • Coordinate with other departments to improve productivity
