Job Description

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years in retail, sales, hospitality, or the FMCG/beverage industry.
  • Transport: Must possess own valid transport (car/motorcycle) for site visits.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, basic digital marketing/social media savvy, and trustworthy cash-handling abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Handle daily store opening/closing, POS transactions, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Field Sales: Conduct site visits and pitch product portfolios to local restaurants, cafes, bars, and corporate clients for bulk/wholesale orders.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Create engaging content (photos/videos of products/promotions) and manage active social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Inventory & Compliance: Manage stock replenishment, conduct stock counts, and strictly enforce ID verification laws and liquor licensing rules.
