Work Location: Perai, Penang 

Working Hour: 8:30am - 6:00pm (Mon - Friday)

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources role is preferred.

• Knowledge of ISO documentation will be an added advantage.

• Manage end-to-end payroll, including attendance, claims, and staff movement.

• Handle recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Maintain HR records, employee lifecycle administration, and ensure policy compliance.

• Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook.

• Support ISO 9001 documentation and quality system implementation.

• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
