• * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• * No prior working experience is required. Candidates with customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or client-facing experience will have an added advantage.

• * Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.

• * Friendly, service-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people from different cultures.

• * Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• * Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• * Comfortable with frequent outdoor work and travelling within the Klang Valley.

• * Possess a valid driving licence , own transport (must).

* Assist with document collection, submission, and delivery to government agencies, banks, hospitals, and other related parties.

* Provide on-site support for MM2H applicants throughout different stages of the application process.

* Accompany clients to appointments such as medical check-ups, bank visits, government offices, property viewings, shopping, and other scheduled activities.

* Assist clients with their daily needs, including food, accommodation, transportation, shopping, and lifestyle arrangements.

* Support clients in purchasing daily necessities, groceries, medicines, and other requested items.

* Coordinate transportation, accommodation, appointments, and other logistics to ensure a smooth client experience.

* Assist with airport pick-up, drop-off, and guest coordination when required.

* Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure excellent client service.

* Handle general administrative and operational tasks related to MM2H and other immigration services.

* Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
