Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin effectively communicate with our diverse client base, stakeholders and overseas suppliers
- Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design technologies.
