Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken)
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organised, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance tasks.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and payment processing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Prepare basic accounting reports and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments regarding billing matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
