Job Description:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our project team, handling cost estimation and project budgeting matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Prefer Mandarin Speaker 

• Candidates with civil engineering / construction site experience will be prioritized

• Knowledge of BIM modeling is an added advantage and will be prioritized

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for construction projects

• Measure and value work done on-site for progress claims and payments

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on costing matters

• Monitor project costs and budget to ensure cost control throughout the project

• Assist in preparing variation orders and final account

• Support BIM modeling work where applicable
