Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
• Hands-on experience in payroll & HR administration
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws
• Able to work independently
• Responsible, organized & detail-oriented
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave & employee records
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding & offboarding
• Process EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
• Prepare HR letters, documentation & employee records
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955
• Assist with employee relations & general HR matters
