Key requirements

• 3 to 5 years working experience in the areas of sales, marketing or leasing of mall space
• Well versed with all the marketing channel especially social media
• Experience in developing is sales and marketing strategy especially for building materials industry
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work Independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.

 Plus points

• Strong contacts in building / home-renovation related sectors
• Experience in mall marketing or store management will be greatly valued
• Ability to speak Mandarin and experience in dealing China suppliers will be an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager with 3 to 5 years of working experience in selling or marketing home improvement products (i.e. Sanitary wares, Floor tiles, Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobe, Furniture etc.). as well as a number of sales executives

The job responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager will be

• To manager and co-ordinate the sales and marketing activities of various outlets within the One Stop Home Improvement Shopping Mall we have just opened recently
• To work closely with external consultant to market the Mall. We expect the person to help developing the marketing strategy, promotions ideas as well as to organize various marketing events at the mall
• To co-ordinate with all the suppliers both local and overseas to drive the sales
• To co-ordinate the training as well as the sales strategy for all the sales teams / sales designers

While not requiring the person to have mall related marketing experience, the person should have knowledge or contacts in building and/or home renovation materials sectors. 

While contacts and experience are important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to want to learn new things all the time and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.

As for remuneration, other than the basic salary, we will also give generous commission, phone allowances, car park allowances and other incentives as well as various staff benefits that is similar to those in the industry.
