Job Description

Requirements

  • 5+ years in commercial kitchens.

  • Experience with batch cooking.

  • Knowledge of food safety.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare pie fillings.

  • Cook soups according to recipes.

  • Prepare sandwich fillings and ingredients.

  • Develop and standardise recipes.

  • Maintain consistent product quality.

  • Supervise kitchen staff.

  • Manage food cost and minimise waste.

  • Ensure food safety compliance.

  • Monitor inventory and place ingredient orders.

  • Coordinate daily production.
