Requirements
Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a site safety role.
Knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and standards.
Strong understanding of construction site hazards and control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct effective safety training.
Proficiency in safety documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
Investigate all accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain safety records and documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project site.
